Pecularities of the mechanisms of good governance in the social and humanitarian sphere of transformational societies

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of the mechanisms of proper governance in the social and humanitarian sphere of transformational societies. It is important to form an effective state socio-humanitarian 201 policy, which should be based on the appropriate organizational-legal base. By summarizing the theory and practice of public administration of social and humanitarian policy, we offer additions to the main implementation directions of the State socio-humanitarian policy. We provide methodical recommendations for the meaningful formation and interaction of the main complex of mechanisms of implementation, those are: legal, financial, organizational and information support. The article emphasizes on the basis of complementarity of these types of mechanisms it is possible to achieve positive results in realization of State socio-humanitarian policy.
